Jai was raised in Arizona and attended the University of Arizona, where he graduated with a degree in Health Care Administration and a Master of Public Administration. He started his career working in the senior living industry straight out of college as a Nursing Home Administrator of a 118 bed community in Colorado. Over the next 10 years working for the same company he experienced a variety of different communities. He was recruited by a competitor to move to Florida and start working within a campus Independent-Assisted–Skilled Nursing. Over the next several years he worked to expand his skills and found great satisfaction in serving a variety of residents.

In 2013 it was time to come back home to Arizona and be close the family. At this time Freedom Plaza Peoria hired Jai as the Executive Director.

When Jai is not at work he enjoys spending time with Chrissie whom he met in graduate school and their dog Mili. When not working they enjoy being outdoors and exploring new places.
