Resident Spotlight: Lew Goldring

Say hello to one of our talented residents, Lew Goldring! Lew’s musical journey began at the age of 8 when he first learned the accordion and later mastered the piano and electric keyboard. For a decade, he graced New York City’s piano bars with his talents.

Fast forward to today, Lew continues to serenade us here at Freedom Plaza (totaling 67 years of playing music)! He has always been passionate about making others smile and found the perfect avenue through his piano and singing performances. Whether it’s a formal gig or an impromptu session, he loves sharing the gift of joy through music.

Since joining Freedom Plaza a little over a year ago, Lew has found a welcoming community he adores. He believes Freedom Plaza is a great place to live, and the entertainment is terrific. He loves the community of lively-spirited people, their active lifestyles, and, of course, the live music!🎶
